Broker platform utilization is an Operations measure with no agreed definition in this app yet — OPE-100 owns the baseline and the target, and ISH-948 owns the score built on it. Until that settles this page stays a placeholder, because a plausible number computed on the wrong definition is worse than none.
What answers part of this today
- Sales Report — MDAT against BOA, which is broker capacity rather than platform compliance. The two are both called “utilization” and are not the same measure.
- Un-invoiced Approved Task Report — approved work that has not been invoiced, one of the five compliance signals
- My Un-invoiced & AR — the same brokers, on the billing side
