QuickBooks stores a customer name, not an id, so these balances carry no broker. Several are contractors billed directly and are correct as they stand. They are part of the open balance and are not included in the table above.

What counts
Every open invoice in QuickBooks with a balance above zero, as of the snapshot date in the filter bar. Read-only: QuickBooks stays the system of record, and nothing here writes back to it.
Two different measures
The four grey columns count days since the invoice was raised and add up to the open balance. Past due counts against the due date set by that broker's payment terms. A net-10 invoice can be twelve days old and already late — neither measure contains the other.
How to work it
The report opens on past due, largest first — that is the call list. Expand a row for the invoices behind it, then export the same list at invoice level to send onward.
